- Candidates can apply for Admission in Uttar Pradesh University of Medical Science UPUM between 06/12/2021 to 15/12/2021.
- Documents required : Candidates must upload a photo and signature of themselves and their guardian and all certificates related to admission like cast or category documents along with others must be submitted.
