How to Apply?
- Candidates can apply between 07/07/2022 to 16/07/2022 for Uttar Pradesh University of Medical Science UPUM, Paramedical Pharmacy and Nursing Admission 2022.
- Print out of online application form and Original Treasury Challan has to be sent to the board office by registered post only.
- Application sent by post or courier without filling the online form will not be accepted by the board.
- Fill up the form completely and make sure all the details are correct and all Required Documents are uploaded.
- Submit Fee Online (if applicable) through Net Banking, Debit Card, or Credit Card.
- Print out the final application form & payment acknowledgment slip (if applicable) for future references.
