How to Apply?
- Candidates can apply between 01/07/2023 to 31/07/2023 for Admission of ANM and GNM Training Courses 2023 by Department of Medical Health & Family Welfare, U.P.
- Print out of online application form and Original Treasury Challan has to be sent to the board office by registered post only.
- Application sent by post or courier without filling the online form will not be accepted by the board.
- Fill up the form completely and make sure all the details are correct and all Required Documents are uploaded.
- Submit Fee Online (if applicable) through Net Banking, Debit Card, or Credit Card.
- Print out the final application form & payment acknowledgment slip (if applicable) for future references.
